Effect of water flow rate and volume on temperature?

Water from a chiller is 14 degrees Celsius being pumped at a rate of 1.5 cubic meters per hour to a 320 cubic meter capacity tank.What time will it take for temperature to reach 25 degrees in the tank.I need some formulas and working if possible
