Effect of water flow rate and volume on temperature?

Water from a chiller is 14 degrees Celsius being pumped at a rate of 1.5 cubic meters per hour to a 320 cubic meter capacity tank.What time will it take for temperature to reach 25 degrees in the tank.The tank walls are made of concrete 30 cm thick.I need some formulas and working if possible
