How can I find the capacity (in cubic feet) of my refrigerator?

My house came with an older GE refrigerator, model TBF 19DBM. The owner's manual for this fridge does not indicate the size. Short of removing the contents, shelves, etc and actually measuring the inside of the fridge, is there any way for me to find the capacity of the fridge and freezer? Thanks!
