Is there any way I can be a mascot for any professional sports team?

I am 16 and I live in Reading. I wanna be the Mascot for the Phillies but I would not mind being a reading phillies mascot or an Iron Pigs one or even Swoop from the Eagles. But I don't know how. Do I try out or what? Can someone please help me?
