Should private schools and homeschooling be eliminated?

they make you register home school kids in my state, but most home schoolers are members of the HSLD (home school legal defense) and they'll have their lawyers come to your town and they'll defend you, or sue on your behalf quicker than the broken, liberal school system can say, lickidy split!
